Organisational Effectiveness is about how effective an organisation is in achieving its goals and objectives. The term is frequently used interchangeably with Organisational Development (OD) and design. Organisational Effectiveness can be achieved through an integrated approach towards key elements such as Strategy, Structure, Capacity & Capability, Leadership, People, Processes, Systems, Culture and Values. These key elements are needed to drive employee engagement in an organisation.
The Management Services / OD approach seeks to integrate organisation efforts to get more engaged employees who will be willing and capable in assisting organisations to achieve their goals and objectives with an integrated approach towards the key elements. It is a known fact that effective organisations have more purpose-driven employees, individuals that feel “I want to” and not “I have to”. The Management Services / OD approach might be the ingredient that organisations need to take them from good to great.
Planned topics will cover subjects such as creating an engaged workforce through coaching, the application of Systems Thinking methodologies, utilising technology to enhance organisational effectiveness, application of MOS (MTM Office System), the development of Standard Operating procedures and case studies of the application of Management Services / OD techniques.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel or alter the programme without prior notice (money received will be returned).
Fees include VAT, cable car trip and welcoming function on the Wednesday night, lunches on the Thursday and Friday, morning and afternoon teas / coffees and snacks, and interactive drumming and dinner on the Thursday night.
Cancellations cannot be refunded later than 10 working days prior to the conference date. Cancellations prior to 10 days before the conference date will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. Substitution of delegates will be permitted. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
For delegates, registration fees include conference material, refreshments and lunches, but exclude accommodation and travelling costs.
